You also make an excellent point regarding the juniper - I know an awful lot of people who've had an early, "bad" experience with gin, and have sworn it off. In most cases I think it is the scent of the flavorings - particularly the juniper - in the gin that makes them unwilling to try it again (aromas carry memories, as Proust demonstrated). Hendricks might be just the ticket for those folks. Thanks again.Kitchen Riffshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09334461438904669081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4249095902319557066.post-20403621274633710632011-08-08T08:59:45.784-05:002011-08-08T08:59:45.784-05:00Gin & Tonic is my favorite drink of all, but m...Gin & Tonic is my favorite drink of all, but might I recommend a better gin? Give Hendricks a try....it's distilled with cucumber and rose. It's not overpowering with the juniper "pine tree" thing that more sensitive palates are bothered by. :DDanielleB.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07999061553248538730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4249095902319557066.post-7655469202263965372011-08-04T07:21:43.848-05:002011-08-04T07:21:43.848-05:00Hi Susan, thanks!
